Dispatch

We estimate a 4-6 week turn around time for most orders; this can vary and if your order is urgent please contact us; where possible we will always try to accommodate your time frame. 

Shipping

Within UK:

Standard shipping (2-4 days) is FREE for all direct online orders over £150 within the UK

If you require Express next day shipping within the UK is there is a cost of £15 for smaller items and £20 for large items.  Please note that express delivery does not expedite the turn around time, if you require a quicker turn around then please contact us.

A confirmation email containing the item tracking number will be sent once your item has been dispatched. 

If your item does not arrive when it is supposed to, please contact us immediately

Overseas:

All items sent outside of the UK are Internationally tracked and should arrive within 5 days; however the delivery date cannot be guaranteed. All goods are insured and you can track your item up to delivery. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery.

If you require express shipping for international orders, please contact us and we will advise the cost.

The client is responsible for any duties, customs charges and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country and if this causes delays with the postage we cannot be held responsible.

 

Packaging


We package all items in proper postal boxes to ensure they arrive unharmed. Inside, the hats are tightly packed using bubble wrap and acid free tissue paper.   Orders being sent to the UK that are over £150 are packed in a hat box within the postal box.  If your hat or headpiece falls under the threshold you are welcome to purchase a hat box separately for a cost of £15. 

Items being sent outside of the UK are securely packaged in a postal box but there will not be a hat box within this owing to the increased size and subsequent large increase in postage cost.  If you would rather have a hat box included then please contact us for the postage cost.

Where possible we try to use recycled packaging to avoid unnecessary waste and to comply with our values in sustainibilty; however, this will not compromise the safety of your item, we will only ever use packaging that is undamaged.

Damaged Items

If the goods are damaged upon arrival please ask the courier to mark the item as damaged, before signing for the item. For international customers, if you are not there when the item is delivered please take photos of the damaged packaging before opening and contact us immediately.
