Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch

Unless stated otherwise in the item description we estimate a 3-4 week turn around time on all orders; however, If your order is urgent please contact us; where possible we will always try to accommodate your time frame. 

Ready-to-wear items (pieces on the website that do not require any alteration) are often in stock and can be dispatched within 3 days, however, if your order is urgent please contact us to check as it is not always the case.

 

Shipping

Within UK:

All items sent within the UK are sent special delivery guaranteed with next day delivery and insurance to cover the full value of your purchase. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery.

A confirmation email containing the item tracking number will be sent once your item has been dispatched. 

If your item does not arrive when it is supposed to, please contact us immediately

Overseas:

All items sent outside of the UK are Internationally tracked and should arrive within 5-7 days. All goods are insured and you can track your item up to delivery. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery.

A confirmation email containing the item tracking number will be sent once your item has been dispatched.

If your item does not arrive when it is supposed to, please contact us immediately

The client is responsible for any duties, customs charges and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country and if this causes delays with the postage we cannot be held responsible.

 

Shipping Costs

UK- There is a £10 shipping fee for all items sent within the UK 

Rest of the world- There is a £10 shipping fee for all small/medium sized items but owing to the requirement for a courier, larger items* cost £50 to ship outside of the UK.

* Most pieces in our collections fall under the "small/medium" category; larger items include pieces with wide brims.  To confirm the shipping cost just start the checkout process and it will be calculated before you are required to provide payment details.  If you have any questions, please contact us.

 

Packaging

Unfortunately hat boxes are not sturdy enough to withstand postage and we therefore package all items in proper postal boxes to ensure they arrive unharmed. Inside, the hats are tightly packed using bubble wrap and acid free tissue paper.   

 

Damaged Items

If the goods are damaged upon arrival please ask the courier to mark the item as damaged, before signing for the item. For international customers, if you are not there when the item is delivered please take photos of the damaged packaging before opening and contact us immediately.
